At Walker Law, we’ve developed our own proprietary software to streamline and simplify the creation of your limited liability company (LLC), corporation, partnership, non-profit, or trust. After you pay, you will get access to an online form that, once filled, will assemble the foundation for our attorneys to custom craft the documents for your entity. Within a day or two, your attorney will have taken that foundation and turned it into all the documents you need to get started. You will then have a call with your attorney to discuss the documents, receive answers to your questions, and make any changes that need to be made. Once you’re satisfied, we will organize a signing meeting either in person or virtually through our proprietary signing software, Bookshelf Life Execute. After your documents are signed, you will be given access to our secure document storage platform, Bookshelf Life, where they will be available to you securely now and in the future.
